Director of Development
Mr. Prok has over 20 years experience in the industry. His functional expertise spans chemical process simulation, process development, supply chain management, operations management, organization structure improvement, and commercialization management. Mr. Prok has managed a regulated manufacturing organization with a material spend exceeding $90M, hitting year-on-year productivity targets. In this capacity, he successfully introduced lean manufacturing to low volume equipment manufacturing at Eastman Kodak Company. He is data and analysis-driven, while focusing on delivering quality results on schedule. Mr. Prok has degrees in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and The University of Rochester. He is married with three adult boys, the youngest a junior in college. He remains active in his church and has lead or participated in numerous mission trips focused on reconstruction of homes, structures and facilities. Mr. Prok’s interests include music, the philosophy of science, and adventure trail running.
